Invenio To Broaden Horizons in 2018

Despite 2017 being a challenging year for many of Australia’s industries, Invenio has weathered the year’s uncertainties, while successfully strengthening their three core businesses of recruitment, providing engineering solutions, and delivering B2B software solutions. This has left Invenio in a good position to follow on its expansion into 2018.

“2017 was a very good year for us, we have managed to deliver a balanced performance on all three fronts and are in good stead to make an impact in the first-half 2018,” said Ivan Meisel, Managing Director and CEO of Invenio at a contractor’s party, held in the heart of Melbourne and Geelong recently. Meisel continued by saying that 2018 will be an exciting one as it will be a year of diversification for Invenio.

The contractor’s party was the company’s annual event to celebrate the company’s performance and reward many partners for their continued partnership with Invenio as their first choice as a business solutions provider. The event was attended by contractors and business associates from across the many industries represented by Invenio who enjoyed an evening of food and drink, and lucky draws.

For engineers like Robert B, the contractor’s party was a time to catch up with many of his associates and the Invenio team. “My partnership with Invenio started with my first job through them in 1993, since then I have had the privilege of working for several companies including Toyota, Hella, Boeing, and Johnson Controls, to name a few,” said Robert. “Even after my hiatus from Australia for a few years, we still kept in touch and Invenio was always accommodating when I returned, which is good for me professionally as Invenio will work to promote my talents to clients.”

Likewise, Ergonomics Engineer Andrew L believes his decision to partner with Invenio has been an exceptional one. “Invenio knows the industry really very well and maintains strong ties in the engineering and manufacturing sector. To me they aren’t just another human resource company.”

“For me, the move to Invenio wasn’t so much about the money, but it was about the opportunities they offered. Invenio and I have a lot of mutual respect between each other,” explained Andrew.

Invenio’s approach to human resource solutions have earned the approval of major players in key manufacturing and engineering industries. “Invenio’s proactive approach to the performance review process is both refreshing and unique within the recruitment industry – they have a great vision in regards to contract staff management and provide excellent follow-up service,” said Paul C, Senior Manager at an automotive OEM.
