Greater resilience and exceptional solutions: INVENIO’s 2021 in review

Melbourne, Australia, December 2021 – Industries of Australia and New Zealand have once again demonstrated its resilience and versatility amidst 2021’s various challenges. This is evident in the strong demand for engineering software solutions, consultancy, and recruitment throughout the year, driving value for products and services within INVENIO.

INVENIO was off to a flying start in February with the company receiving two Reseller Awards and two Top Sales Representative awards from Dassault Systèmes. In June, a major INVENIO partner seconded three INVENIO engineers to Thailand to support a major product launch project, thus demonstrating the high regard and demand for Australian engineers on the international stage.

Despite Australia and New Zealand undergoing various restrictions throughout the year, INVENIO’s have kept many planned industry events per local gathering limitations. This includes the “Racing Simulation Networking Night” at CoolDrive Auto Parts’ Melbourne headquarters, the “Adelaide INVENIO Industry Day 2021“, “INVENIO Manufacturing Meetup” in Auckland, and celebrating INVENIO Perth’s first anniversary.

Following on from 2020, INVENIO continues hosting several well-received industry events and webinars online. These events brought engineers and industry players from across the ANZ and Asia-Pacific region together, with unlimited attendees able to participate and connect with subject experts on the latest engineering solutions and trends.

As the adoption of 3D CAD rise amongst Australian and New Zealand enterprises, INVENIO is expanding its product offerings to support users. To date, INVENIO has added industry-leading SOLIDWORKS software solutions such as CAMWorks, myCADtools, and DriveWorks, to its product line-up. Gaining recognition as the official reseller of DriveWorks in the region is the culmination of two years of negotiations and represents INVENIO’s dedication to bringing the right product solutions and support.

INVENIO’s new and exciting product and service offerings for 2021 are focused on providing tailored solutions to suit every project requirement and budget, as well as add further value to existing clients’ operations. Likewise, despite restrictions, INVENIO’s recruitment services have been enhanced to provide better communication and foster closer ties between contractors and clients.

“If the last 30 years as a business solutions provider have taught us anything, is that we must always be ready to respond to change,” said Ivan Meisel, managing director and CEO of INVENIO.

“With continued limitations on travel and gatherings, we have become more agile in our organisation and have broadened our scope of providing our customers with more employment and software support.

“As enterprises and engineers are adopting 3D CAD software to access more opportunities, both locally and on the international stage, we have expanded our support for 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, and SOLIDWORKS users. This includes the introduction of a range of highly-rated third-party software solutions that will boost quality and save time.

“With 2021 drawing to a close, everyone at INVENIO would like to thank our clients and contractors for continuing to support the company through these uncertain times. We are thankful for the feedback and conversations we have had, and we will continually seek to bring more opportunities and value to all our customers and contractors.

“We are hopeful that 2022 will bring better prospects and operating conditions for businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Though one thing is for sure, our experience and successes of 2021 will serve as a guide to make the most of the year to come.”
