Key Responsibilities:
·Taking care of documenting assembly work instructions.
·Analysing existing practices to develop and write relevant instructions, how-to manuals and task cards
·Working alongside subject matter experts to capture existing processes for documentation
·Gathering, developing and disseminating technical information amongst related parties
·Selecting appropriate levels of communication including images, graphics, charts etc. to facilitate understanding and simplifying the instruction
·Encouraging an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure best practice processes and knowledge is captured.
Skills and Experience required
·An Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering qualification
·Proven experience in technical writing of processes and systems
·Knowledge and experience in integrating quality, safety and environment into technical documents
·A systems oriented problem solving focus
·A high level of attention to detail
·Strong written and verbal communications skills
·Demonstrable investigative and research skills and well developed conceptual and analytical skills
·A high level of proficiency in MS Office.
·Critical thinker, problem solver and self-motivated with drive-to-result attitude
·Able to work autonomously as well as work in a diverse team of engineers
·Excellent communication skills in both verbal and writing
