INVENIO broadens its skilled recruitment solutions with 482 Visa Nominations
Melbourne, Australia, November 2019 – Oftentimes the right professional for the job cannot be sourced locally and requires global solutions. With an Australian Government approved On-Hire Labour Agreement, INVENIO is now able to sponsor and hire foreign skilled talents for up to four years under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) subclass-482 visa.
Building on INVENIO’s 30 years of proven experience in providing Recruitment and Contractor Management services to large OEMs in key Australian Industries, this latest development further broadens the company’s recruitment opportunities with new short- to medium-term solutions in filling vital roles and addressing acute skill shortages.
“In today’s highly competitive environment, skill shortages can be a huge challenge for any organisation looking to meet tight project deadlines and goals. We have identified this issue as a problem that can lead to operational inefficiencies and delays,” said Ivan Meisel, Managing Director and CEO of INVENIO.
“As a pioneering business solutions provider, we have broadened our scope and gained labour agreement approval, which allows our partners the best access to overseas talent and expertise via the TSS subclass-482 visa. In doing so, we count ourselves as one of a handful of Australian recruitment providers to offer this service.”
Foreign talents and professionals, who are selected by the enterprise, will be sponsored and hired under the TSS subclass-482 visa by INVENIO. From there, the nominated individual will be contracted by INVENIO to the enterprise, lifting a significant burden from those who don’t have the infrastructure to sponsor a foreign skilled talent directly.
