Chassis CAE Analyst
Our leading global automotive client is looking for ADAMS Model Builder/Chassis CAE Analyst to join their established business at Melbourne for initially 12 months contract role. This role requires completing analysis and communicating resolutions within the assigned timeframe.
Key Responsibilities :
·ADAMS model building from cascaded data with intent to analytically replicate current Vehicle Dynamics physical sign off assessments.
·Pre-processing of all tasks would include debugging of models, meshing tasks and general model checking
·Completing analysis tasks as assigned for each gatewasy and provde feedback to all stakeholders including technical reports as required
·Other analysis such as strength, stiffness and modal analyses using Abaqus as required
·Post processing of Analyses using Hyperview.
·Support Chassis CAE engineers with all CAE related tasks also required to attend meetings on behalf of Chassis CAE.
·Complete assigned CAE tasks for each gateway with clear documents outcomes and recommendations to achieve assigned program targets.
·Build and coorelate ADAMS models to simulate Vehicle Dynamics Physical assessments.
Skills and Experience required :
·Minimum Bachelor level Degree of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
·Working knowledge of Hypermesh, ADAMS, Abaqus and some knowledge of nCode is required.
·Experience in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of GPDS is preffered
