INVENIO Maximises Value for Customers with Exclusive Webinars

Melbourne, Australia, December 2020 – Delivering effective software solutions goes beyond the software itself. As a business solutions provider of 30 years, INVENIO believes that proper aftersales support plays a vital role in enabling our customers to maximise the use and value of their software.

Exclusive customer events, customer engagement activities, and training courses have been an integral part of INVENIO’s business strategy to maximise our customer’s software investment. However, as the Australian and New Zealand governments began enforcing lockdowns to control the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year, many businesses faced challenges around hosting physical events.

Rather than putting these events on indefinite hold, INVENIO quickly moved to reschedule its customer events as online webinars. The first event rescheduled was the official launch of its Perth office, which featured a live demonstration of SOLIDWORKS 2020 and 3DEXPERIENCE. With lessons and experience gained from the webinar launch, INVENIO’s software solutions team applied the format to its main annual showcase event, SOLIDWORKS Innovation Days, in October.

Despite restrictions on business activities, Innovation Days attracted more than 250 registered participants from Australia and New Zealand. The two-day online event showcased Dassault Systèmes’ new SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS 2021, featured key industry players and special presentations from Dassault Systèmes representatives.

With the overwhelming response to Innovation Days, INVENIO saw an opportunity to give CATIA customers an exclusive online event, an Innovation Forum, in November. The one-day event featured showcases of CATIA V5, Industrial Solutions and 3DEXPERIENCE for Industrial Design.

Even though the online event format is different from previous events, attendees praised the Innovation Day and Innovation Forum webinars as highly productive and useful. Many attendees found the webinar service to be informative and an indispensable service in a software reseller and will be looking forward to more online events.

To further maximise customers’ value, INVENIO ran multiple customer-only Tips and Tricks sessions for SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE. The team saw an overwhelmingly positive response to this initiative and will continue to offer these exclusive sessions to customers into 2021.

“SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE are incredible tools with immense capabilities for hugely varied applications. Over the years our customers have found our showcase events such as Innovation Days, Innovation Forum and, most recently, our exclusive customer Tips and Tricks sessions, to be particularly useful in helping them understand the software’s key features and improvements and how to utilise them in their work,” said Max Kerault, head of sales for INVENIO.

“Our customers have invested in industry-leading software, and as a two-time Dassault Gold Partner, we are proud to give our customers the best return on their investment with our special showcase events and accredited training courses.

“When COVID-19 hit Australia and New Zealand we were concerned that an extended lockdown would force the cancellation of our showcase event and training course schedule. We wanted to continue our award-winning support to our customers amidst such uncertain conditions.

“However, after the opening of our Perth office, we were quite confident of hosting our planned events as a webinar. Thanks to the webinar format we have been able to showcase the latest SOLIDWORKS 2021, 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS 2021, and CATIA V5 to more customers located around Australia and New Zealand.
