SOLIDWORKS 2020 takes centre stage at INVENIO
SOLIDWORKS Innovation Days

Melbourne, Australia, October 2019 – With improved performance, streamlined workflows and a better connected design-to-manufacture ecosystem, Dassault Systèmes’ SOLIDWORKS 2020 comes feature-packed with a wealth of user-suggested improvements.

The latest version of SOLIDWORKS was the main showcase at the recent INVENIO SOLIDWORKS Innovation Days held in Hamilton, Auckland and Melbourne. At the three events, SOLIDWORKS users and prospective customers had the opportunity to listen to Invenio’s expert Applications Engineers, guest speakers and Dassault Systèmes’ representatives present on the latest features of SOLIDWORKS 2020 and its practical applications.

Guest speakers included representatives from local design specialists Caliber Design, Design Smart and Cobalt Design, and Filip Kuttner, SOLIDWORKS Oceania Director, Sales.

“As a pioneering business solutions provider, we don’t believe in just introducing a new product without presenting users and customers the opportunity to hear from the experts and ask pertinent questions on how to best use it in their enterprise or project,” said Ivan Meisel, Managing Director and CEO of INVENIO.

“Our Innovation Days are one of our many informative and upskilling programmes that we organise to help our customers get to know the product better and how it can improve their workflow. It is with events such as Innovation Days that we hope that our customers can get the most out of the new product right from the start.”

Being a Dassault Systèmes Certified Education Partner, INVENIO also runs several training workshops for CATIA and SOLIDWORKS users throughout the year. Led by fully qualified Dassault Systèmes instructors, these workshops cover both specific applications and a broad overview of features. Upon successful completion, attendees will be presented with official certification and registered in the Dassault Systèmes global database.
