INVENIO survey garners positive feedback from contractors
Melbourne, Australia, August 2019 – As a pioneering business solutions provider, INVENIO recognises the importance of listening to what our contractors and clients have to say. To that end, the company would carry out an annual Contractor Satisfaction Survey towards the end of every financial year, and this year’s feedback from onsite contractors have been encouraging.
As a continuation of INVENIO’s proven track record of success, the survey has garnered unanimous positive feedback on the company’s interaction with their contractors. Most of the comments received highlights INVENIO’s high level of engagement and professionalism. Key to this is INVENIO’s practice to have HR consultants onsite to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with its contractors, with the aim to ensure that they are provided with adequate support and keep track of their career needs and goals.
“INVENIO’s casual 1-on-1 catch-up sessions were very important. They remind us who we are working for and a great opportunity to have queries answered and discussed,” said Issac M, an Analyst for the Ford Motor Company.
On top of the 1-on-1 sessions, INVENIO also supports its contractors through a number of initiatives such as CEO lunch events, seasonal festivities, and provide training courses.
“Talent management is a challenging field that requires a keen insight and understanding to the professional needs of our contractors and clients,” said Ivan Meisel, Managing Director and CEO of INVENIO. “This demands a personal touch, which is why we go the distance for our contractors to become a true ‘human’ resource provider. As challenging as it is, it also gives us immense satisfaction to forge such strong and positive ties with our contractors, as the feedback from the latest annual Contractor Satisfaction Survey has shown!”
Meisel affirms INVENIO’s commitment to its talent management division as part of the company’s core business, adding that the recent expansion of its Box Hill headquarters is to improve its ability to deliver on its expanding products and service portfolio.
