As a Design Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Leading a team of Design Engineers and Designers

Creative styling, sketching and design of automotive parts

Manage and maintain design concept proposals
-
Management and planning of department resources, budget and timing plans

Leading the Design Team for presentation of design concepts to Senior Management

Ensuring a smooth transition from design phase to production
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 7 years of work experience within the automotive creative environment

Specialist level of understanding in creative ALIAS design
-
Proven track record of creative design and sketching
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Project Management and negotiation experience
-
Proven experience leading or managing a team of Designers
