Focusing on leading the creative design team, you will be working closely with Engineering Managers, Senior Engineers and other highly creative Designers. As a Creative Design Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Leading a team of 8 Engineers and Designers

Creative styling and design of mechanical parts

Manage and maintain design concept proposals

Management and planning of department resources, budget and schedules

Leading the Design Team for presentation of design concepts

Ensuring a smooth transition from design phase to production
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

Over 8 years of work experience within the industry
-
Specialist level of understanding in creative design
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Project Management experience
-
Experience leading or managing a team will be highly regarded
