Based at our Notting Hill R&D facility, The Software Development Team is one of the leading groups in the development of simulations for the verification of critical vehicle control systems within Toyota. In order to create products that keep Toyota at the forefront of vehicle design, we’re looking for a highly capable, motivated, and creative software engineer to join our group.
If you have knowledge about any of the following areas then we’re interested in hearing from you!

The Design, Implementation, and Testing of embedded control systems.
- Model Based Control System Design and how it’s used in system development.

You know a thing or two about Simulation of Virtual Platforms.
Requirements
-
A related Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electrical, Software etc) with a sound level of academic achievement.

Detailed understanding of C and C++.

You can show us your interest in one of the above mentioned areas from the work you are doing and/or the projects you’ve undertaken during your studies.
Desirable skills/experience

Experience in the automotive industry

Japanese language skills are desirable but not essential.

Knowledge of Simulink, Matlab, Modellica, SystemC or any other modelling language
This role is a 12 months fixed term contract, with a view to permanency.
There is scope that this position may involve long term overseas assignments in the future.
