DASSAULT SYSTÈMES APPOINTS INVENIO AS VALUE ADDED RESELLER IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Melbourne, Australia, March 22, 2010 - Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, announced today the appointment of Invenio Pty Ltd as its value added reseller in Australia and New Zealand.
Invenio will support the new and existing advanced PLM customers across all industries in Australia and New Zealand, and focus on growing Dassault Systèmes’ PLM offerings around CATIA.

INVENIO PTY. LTD. ACQUIRES EDAG AUSTRALIA’S RECRUITMENT BUSINESS
Invenio Pty. Ltd. is pleased to advise that it has reached agreement to acquire the Recruitment Business of EDAG Australia Pty. Ltd.
Edag’s Recruitment Business in Australia was established 25 years ago and played a major role in supplying highly skilled professionals predominantly to the Automotive Industry in Australia.
In announcing the acquisition, Invenio’s Managing Director, Mr. Ivan Meisel, said that this acquisition would further strengthen Invenio’s presence in the Victorian and Australian markets and would create an excellent base for further growth.
