INVENIO ACQUIRES DPM INTERACTIVE TO EXPAND ENGINEERING, VISUALISATION AND 3D INTERACTIVE CAPABILITIES
Melbourne, Australia, 1st January 2011, Invenio today announced that it has acquired DPM Interactive (“DPM”), a specialist engineering and visualisation services provider.
The acquisition of DPM Interactive will strengthen and expand Invenio’s capabilities, especially including:
- A more comprehensive turn-key engineering and visualisation service offering
- Expanded support for 3DVIA customers to complement Invenio’s role as the largest value added reseller of Dassault Systèmes in Australia and New Zealand, representing CATIA - ENOVIA - 3DVIA - DYMOLA
- New, best-in-class capability for developing interactive simulations applying 3D modelling, programming, project management and animations to produce serious games/simulators, advert games, product configurators as well stand-alone applications for interactive e-learning courseware
- New office in QLD to extend Invenio’s on-the-ground sales and support coverage

INVENIO PTY. LTD. ACQUIRES EDAG AUSTRALIA’S RECRUITMENT BUSINESS
Invenio Pty. Ltd. is pleased to advise that it has reached agreement to acquire the Recruitment Business of EDAG Australia Pty. Ltd.
Edag’s Recruitment Business in Australia was established 25 years ago and played a major role in supplying highly skilled professionals predominantly to the Automotive Industry in Australia.
In announcing the acquisition, Invenio’s Managing Director, Mr. Ivan Meisel, said that this acquisition would further strengthen Invenio’s presence in the Victorian and Australian markets and would create an excellent base for further growth.
